Excellent in every way!!

Great location, clean, amazing staff. Complimentary dinner and drinks was a great touch.

Nothing.

The room was very comfortable and well fitted out. Morning coffee was also available for free in the reception area. I would not say that the location was exactly downtown but a 30 minute walk got you to Temple Square. The location is also not far from the fare free zone, in the centre of the city, where travel on public transport can be had for nothing. Parking is charged at $15 per night, not $10, as stipulated on Booking.com.

Thought the breakfast was a little ‘pricey’ at $18/pp but otherwise no real issues to note.

The room was excellent, as was the breakfast. Super nice staff at the front desk, at different hours, although they had to work through your computer not working.

Buy better hotel management computer system.

What an amazing stay! The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel restaurant was tasty, convenient, and also had incredibly kind and attentive staff. I was blown away by this experience, and can’t wait to stay here every time I come back to Salt Lake City. Thank you to everyone at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown; you’re all amazing!

Breakfast was unfortunately the worst part of our stay. The dough for waffles gone off, which was quite shocking for us.
