Heat not working in first room. We were moved to second room. Heat was fair in second room until suddenly started banging and changing loudly. We gave up, lowered system until noise stopped. Fortunately we had to be at airport by 4am so a short stay. And we requested a wake up call that we never received.

"A good value? no pool, ask for towels & room to be cleaned! Safety issue with exterior door."

The breakfasts were very very good. The grandchildren loved making their own pancakes. The breakfast staff was outstanding!! The front desk help was outstanding!!

We chose the hotel because of the indoor pool. It was too cold and then closed. This was extremely disappointing. Next the housekeeping staff did not "come back in 20 minutes." They never emptied the trash that 1 day. (We had an 8 night stay.) We started leaving the trash outside the room in the mornings after we left the room. We also had to ask for body wash to be refilled in the bath on day 3. With 2 adults and 2 children, we needed 4 sets of towels and we had to ask half the time for more towels. The major complaint was not vacuuming the room floor. With an autistic child, we had crumbs from his cereal on the carpet we could not clean ourselves. While we were in a handicap room, the corners around the counters were sharp. Coming down from the bed near the side table (attached to the headboard), our autistic twin scraped his leg. The room was near the exit which was useful; however, the side door was not locked which creates a safety issue with the hotel. Anyone could enter without a key.
