Pillows were hard and little. The bathroom floor dirty. Hair and dirt! No extra lock. I wouldn't not have stayed there if it was just me! Smoke smell everywhere! They say no smoking in rooms but it might as well be because the air units bring it into the room from the neighbors smoking outside their rooms 😵💫

No attendant at front desk for 15 minutes when I got there. No remote, so no TV.
USI ordered the king size room and got a double queen. I ordered a bottom floor. They confirmed bottom floor. I got a second floor. It was not good.
