Hotel Bawa Continental

I stayed for 8 nights and was delighted with my choice to stay here. Very clean and comfortable facilities throughout. Rooms serviced daily to a very high standard. Delicious breakfasts with excellent variety of foods, and a good evening menu too. Service in all parts of the hotel was kind and friendly. Special mention to Glen, the concierge, who was kindly attentive and anticipated my every need both in the Hotel reception and managing my safe and timely pickup by various drivers. A comfortable, safe and friendly stay at Hotel Bawa Continental and I highly recommend. I have stayed at other hotels in the area but will be returning here as my hotel of choice.

Good hospitality,Good food & awosome staff

The hotel staff were really helpful and pleasant, the room was acceptable for the price we paid, and the hotel is in a great location in North Mumbai. Also, definitely worth getting the breakfast, it's very good value for money and a lot of good options. The only negative is the construction site next door which is very loud from 8am. Room 301 - Glen was very helpful from the beginning.

The hotel and the room was very clean and staff especially Tapas, Manish, Nazim, Herna, Suresh and Schindler were all extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. The food was of excellent quality and varied each day. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Best in service,break fast , ambience and must visit hotel.Travled Mumbai many times but this hotel is awesome in service . Visited with family kids enjoyed a lot..Location is great,They have justified 3star meals,rooms service is good , value for money.cleanliness ans no noise pollution.Thank you Sachin,Manali ,Hina & Lalit. Very nice place to stay Rooms restaurant washrooms and lobbies are very clean Food at restaurant is good All the staff at hotel are welcoming professional and mannered Lalit Ashutosh Glen Pravin and other staff at restaurant are very nice and helping I recommend this hotel especially when one is staying with family.

Glen was fabulous with our check in and taking care of all our requests. Very comfortable stay and prime location.

Very nice stay. The breakfast was good as well- service by Hina was very good. Thank you to Jugdishji, Glenji, Veer, Sachin and Mariam for taking good care of us.
