Nice hotel in a quiet place with magnificent view to the volcano, nice, big room, poor breakfast

We loved our stay here. Our room was upgraded to a pool suite which was extremely spacious! Breakfast was served in the pool area every morning with spectacular views and the staff were really friendly and helpful! Mango the villa cat was very adorable :) Excellent location, walking distance to delicious restaurants and shops. Highly recommend and we would stay again. wi fi had to be accessed in the pool area but I assume that's because the villas are thick caves. No big deal, Santorini is amazing!

We had a fantastic stay here in a superior room which had stunning views of the Caldera. Staff were fantastic especially the guy who collected our cases and basically did everything else around the hotel, cleaned the rooms, delivered everyone's breakfast to the balcony, cleaned the pool & did all the maintenance. The guy who worked at the pool bar was also great along with the lady on reception.

Very convenient location with plenty of restaurants and shops just within 2 mins walk, yet the hotel situated in a quiet area. Stunning view of the sea and the signature Santorini white cliff houses view. Excellent services. The hotel is clean and neat with all the necessities. Very glad to have stayed here with a very reasonable price! Highly recommended!

Overall the hotel is superior value for money. It has amazing views on the Caldera and is located on the cliff overlooking the sea. If you go for this hotel, choose the superior rooms as the rooms at pool level do not have privacy and you wont be able to enjoy the view from your own private balcony which superior rooms have. The only criticism we had was that there are limited long chairs available at the pool and not enough if the hotel is full and everybody wants to enjoy the pool area at the same time. Additionally the breakfast is good but very basic. They offer slices of cooked ham, slices of cheese, greek full fat yoghurt, cereals, OJ, coffee and tea. It also comes with two slices of melon (watermelon and yellow ish melon). The bed was ok, however, the mattress had iron springs that you can very slightly feel in your back, however not a huge inconvenience as we slept really well. The location is ideal, very close to Fira but far enough from it so the hotel is quiet at all times.

It was only one night but the hotel staff were really great and looked after me. Definitely book the transfers with the hotel - lovely driver. Room was large and spacious and had everything that I needed. Would definitely return

Very romantic scenery and hotel

We got the room at the top level of the complex, and the view was absolutely amazing, it worth every single penny we paid for stay there. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, one of the staff helped us to carry our luggages from the main street to the hotel, and then up to our hotel room when we checked into our room. The breakfast was simple, but it tasted a thousand times better when you were sitting at the tarrace overlooking the Aegean sea.

This hotel is located in the middle of Firostefani, so it has an amazing view of the caldera. Pros: - View of caldera cannot be beat (great for sunrise and sunset, no need to go to Oia) - Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance - Breakfast brought to your patio/room, so that you can enjoy the amazing view :-) Cons: - About a 15-20 minute walk to Fira, which has the better restaurants and shops - All tours tend to leave from Fira

Travelling from the airport to the hotel did not convey the beauty you would have expected. Even when getting out of the transfer vehicle you wondered what would be there. However, as soon as you walked towards the hotel, the view with the classic white buildings was breathtaking. I could not have chosen a better location or hotel. Staff were amazing, including the man who would lift your 25kg bag onto his shoulder without any effort and walk to the hotel with the other 25kg bag in tow. I would highly recommend this hotel.
