"The hotel location was perfect."

The location of the hotel was perfect. The breakfast can be improved with a wider variety of selection options. The front desk receptionist was kind and attentive. She did a great job representing the hotel.

The breakfast could've been better. Need a more diverse selection of entrees and fruit options.

"Good location and staff, but the lack of soundproofing and the presence of roaches made for a very uncomfortable stay."

The location is very convenient and the front desk staff was friendly and professional.

The soundproofing here is basically non-existent. The walls are so thin I could literally hear the water running in the sink next door. Even worse, at 10:30 PM, the people in the room across the hall started screaming and fighting at the top of their lungs. It was honestly pretty scary and I couldn't get any sleep. To top it all off, I found two cockroaches in the bathroom.
