I was there for business. It's my preferred place when in the Boston area.

Very nice rooms. Felt quiet and safe.

I like everything, but breakfast was not so so.

It was close to the venue I was going to.

The staff were rude checking in. Our shower was rusted and hair peoples hair in it on the walls like it wasn’t even cleaned.

I was very positively surprised by this hotel – it exceeded my expectations. The room was exceptionally spacious, much larger than I anticipated. Of course, that means you sometimes have to walk a bit further to reach your room, as mentioned in another review, but I gladly accept that in exchange for such a generous room size. The kitchen was perfectly equipped – far beyond what I expected – with everything you might need for a longer or shorter stay. This really made a difference and was one of the highlights for me. I would definitely stay here again, and I’m now aware of this hotel chain. Whenever I travel by car in the future, this will be one of my first choices. Some reviews mentioned the surroundings as a negative point. For me, it’s quite the opposite: the big advantage is that you can park for free, drive right up to the entrance, and access your room at ground level or with elevator. Of course, if you’re looking for a holiday hotel with a picturesque environment and sights right outside your door, this might not be the right choice. But that’s not the concept here – the concept is affordable, spacious, and very convenient accommodation, especially for travelers with a car.

Convenient location. Suite was spacious, loved having 2BR with 2bath and kitchenette. Beds comfortable, lighting was good. Room location was quiet so sleeping was easy at night. Finding parking was not a problem when we arrived late at night. Quality and cleanliness was not worth the price they charge though. Drawer knobs missing or mismatched, torn carpet, what appeared to be black mold on bedroom ceiling, someone else’s fingerprints on tv screen, shower curtain that was too long and thick for tub. When checking out I was asked if an email receipt was acceptable, not usually a problem so I agreed to it. When I checked my email the receipt included an address in a different state next to my name instead of my address, said I was there for a concert which I was not and had absolutely no itemized charges, only a zero balance was listed. How am I supposed to use that receipt for anything when it doesn’t even say what the room charges were for the 2nights?

Breakfast on point and healthy choices like vanilla chiobani yogurt to go rework my spinach souflee and waffles! Staff is top notch going above and beyond. I noticed and do appreciate people who take pride in their work.. Also i left Maui jim sunglasses at the front desk and they contacted me to ask if i had lost them prior to me knowing! Terrific!

A Mouse was in the room! In a Marriott hotel?? Hotel staff just shrugg her shoulders as if it was already a given. :(. I wanted to leave the hotel but the staff provided another room on the 4th floor. Overall bad / scary experience and will not stay there again.
