Girl behind counter was rude and needs work remote .. customer service is NOT it.. Bathroom toilet also flooded during my stay and had to switch rooms.. everything low tier

"Norwood visit"

It has really impressed me that a hotel this old is being so highly maintained. Aside from a few worn and dirty chairs along with some rust in the bathtub which I honestly could not bear to look at, everything else was immaculate. Your staff at this particular hotel is doing a great job unlike the residence in in Dartmouth.
