La piscine n'était pas en eau, aucune information à ce sujet !!! Très déçu car mon choix d'établissement était principalement sur ce critère surtout avec 32 degré de température !!! Le restaurant à l'extérieur de l'hôtel !!!

Clean modern comfortable room. Location directly Opposite IFEMA conference centre.

Hotel is under renovation and it is impossible to get any services (even water) without walking to the next hotel. Siwmming pool drained, no restaurant/breakfast or anywhere to sit. No room service milk/tea/coffee etc supplies easily available. Next hotel (Novotel) is available to use, a good 3* standard and not far but the standard currently at the Pullman is inadequate for the 4* price paid so poor value.

Nothing. Worst treatment we have ever experienced by an hotel.

Although we had already paid for accommodation for 4 nights (€1600), on arrival we were told that the room had suddenly been taken over by builders. Despite their asking us the previous day to check in on-line to ensure the room. We complied and they confirmed that all was well - we were checked in! But when we arrived at hotel - they said they couldnt take us. They had made no attempt to contact us! They had booked us into a small hotel costing half the price! No refund of course! This was the most disgraceful treatment we have ever received - and we are world travellers!. At best this hotel is completely incompetent and at worst - criminal.
