Nice views of the city and mountains, clean

Nothing provided in the rooms to be able to make a hot drink, outdoor area had no protection from the sun which is ridiculous when summer can get to 40c, we had 24c and I had to adapt the pool towels to try and get some facial protection

The views over Girona from the terrace are fantastic and watching the sun set from this location is wonderful. Staff were helpful and check-in easy. The bed was comfortable and black-out curtains did a good job at keeping light out at night when we needed to sleep. We have stayed at this hotel before so knew what to expect. The public areas were still well maintained and very pleasant. However, we were shocked to see that various aspects of the room needed attention. (See what we didn't like section). This made us feel that another return for us would be unlikely.

Faults in the room included the sink with a crack running for at least 6 inches from the plug hole towards the tap; a bath with grey scuff marks, which initially looked like it hadn't been cleaned but upon inspection was seen to be worn plastic; a suitcase rack with part of the fabric hanging loosely underneath. A hotel as good as this should have had an inspection team rectifying such faults, even if it meant the room would be out of service for a day.

Una vez que estás en el hotel es muy cómodo y la cama muy confortable. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien, habitación amplia. El baño bien.

La ubicación para visitar la ciudad es mala, para llegar al hotel tienes que subir una cuesta muy pronunciada de unos 500 metros. Necesitas coger el coche para ir al centro, para regresar por la noche queda en un sitio aislado. El desayuno normal, poca variedad de fruta fresca.

Parking

important problèmes de propreté. Cheveux sur la table de chevet (et pas qu'un) - état du matelat pitoyable. taches de saleté sur peinture. Vue sur les fenêtres à l'arrière (hôtel "bella vista") - bref pour 133€ nok Accès hôtel tout en haut montée - accès pied compliqué à partir d'un certain âge. 1h à pied du centre.

The pool it’s just a jacuzzi size the picture wa taken in a way that shows something completely different. I included the breakfast in the rooms , way overpriced , don’t recommend
