Hotel Vello d'Oro

Läget är jättebra. Fin utsikt över havet, staden och Etna. Personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma, både receptionen och de glada städerskorna. 😊

Rummen och det hotellet erbjuder är ganska torftigt. Det finns inte kylskåp på rummen så man kan ha kallt vatten till exempel (som är önskvärt när temperaturen stiger över 40 grader). Man kan inte styra ac.n själv. Man får inte riktiga glas på rummet. Standarden imponerar verkligen inte. Rummen och hotellet har mycket att önska!

Great location. Amazing views from balcony. Interesting decor throughout hotel adds interest.

No tea or coffee making facilities in room

Sijainti oli hieno, ylhäällä rinteellä. Läheltä lähti rappuset suoraan pääkadulle. Oli kyllä hieno ympäristö. Meillä oli huone merinäköalalla ja parvekkeella. Jos sitä ei olisi otettu, arviointi paikasta olisi alhaisempi. Hotelli itse oli hieman jo kulahtanut.

Asiakaspalveluun voisi satsata. Aamiaispuolella tervehtiminenkin oli vaikeaa.

L’emplacement est idéal, depuis notre terrasse nous avions une vue magnifique sur l’Etna, sur la mer et sur la ville, l’hôtel bénéficie d’un accès direct sur le cœur du centre piétonnier, tout ceci est vraiment exceptionnel ! La chambre spacieuse et récemment rénovée, est magnifique, le personnel a l’accueil très chaleureux et très à l’écoute, le service de voiturier et de parking parfait !

Les animaux sont acceptés mais leur accès à la salle de petit déjeuner est interdit ce qui nous à valu d’être placé à l’écart dans des conditions qui restent perfectibles .

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room and the hotel in general was very clean, also this hotel has a really good / central location.

I think if this hotel had a swimming pool it would reall enhance the stay also the air con was not controlled within the room which was not ideal.
