outdated and bad accommodation, really not worth the money, partially clean, room very small

Good location & breakfast. Good value.

Poor pillows and bed. Basic room

* The location - perfect, walking distance to all touristic places and restaurants in Funchal * Parking - it’s too comfortable to park your car, in the city center *Breakfast - good variety but need improvement/ changes as it’s always the same every day * The staff - nice and friendly

* overall facility, particularly rooms are very old and needs an upgrade . Many furnitures are very old and the don’t give you the feeling of “fresh and clean “ * beds were too uncomfortable for us. Had difficulties to sleep due to roughness of the beds * it can be noisy as it’s located in the city center ( was not an issue for us though)
