The service was excellent

When I took room at 4 check in there were some problems which were solved later but should have done before check in like flush and heater was not working where we put towels

"Look else where"

The room was not worth the £200 paid for . It was extremely dated and very basic . You could also hear people in the other rooms . There's no air-conditioning so was extremely warm the bed was 2 singles pushed together . We ended up leaving and not staying for the night . Wouldn't recommend. Travel lodge are alot cheaper and definitely better value for money . They also advertise room service which we thought we would have been able to order food but unfortunately this wasn't the case .

Please be aware of additional staircase after the lift on a second floor for some room numbers if travelling with children in prams. Worth checking at reception about the options. The room was nice, room service excellent. Pool was clean and not so crowded. In general it was a good stay.
