I had a very pleasant experience. I really liked the front desk person, who was incredibly kind, flexible, and accommodating. I needed to change my booking dates, and they handled it without any issues. I also arrived before the official check-in time, and they kindly allowed me to check in early. I was traveling with my dog, who was exhausted and stressed after a long 14-hour flight. She occasionally barked at people, which is very unusual for her, as she is normally friendly and well-behaved. I was worried it might bother others, but the staff were very understanding and compassionate. They gave us time to settle in and never made me feel uncomfortable or judged. The room also had a kettle and a microwave, which was very convenient. However, it’s a good idea to bring your own toiletries like body lotion and hair conditioner, as the room only provides a 3-in-1 product (shampoo, body wash, and hand soap). The location is also very convenient — there is a Lidl nearby, many cafés, a French bakery with delicious pastries and coffee, a square, and a riverside promenade.

There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the hotel area, even though the room was marked as non-smoking. I’m quite sensitive to smells, so this was a negative point for me

Appartamento come da descrizione. Pulito, accogliente e con tutto il necessario. Posizione centrale ottima da spostarsi a piedi nei posti d'interesse . L'host molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Lo consiglio.
