Hilton Garden Inn Charlottesville

Property was convenient to me and had a lovely view of a pond. The staff was very nice but the rooms could use some new carpet and TV's.

Nice hotel.

Customer service was excellent, grounds were beautiful, restaurant was nice, food was good, pool & hot tub were great, close proximity to Monticello, UVA & downtown Charlottsville.

The hotel is conveniently located to Charlottesville, but some of the room furnishings (i.e., couches and chairs) are stained and showing wear. The comforter on top of the bed also had a lot of snags and string pulls, which indicated that it was well-worn too. We were there for three days, two nights, and housekeeping never refreshed our room. The in-room coffee maker also malfunctioned and leaked coffee all over the place during our first morning. They do offer a nice breakfast service in the lobby for a reasonable price as well as a well-stocked snack area. Unfortunately, the fire alarm went off at 6 am on the Sunday we were there and we all had to evacuate the building for 30 minutes or so. The majority of the staff was very pleasant but I won't be staying here again.

We stayed 2 nights this past week. It is very quiet. Rooms were spacious. Surroundings were quiet. They have a “restaurant “ area which is open for breakfast and dinner. Both you have to pay for. Very nice place. Would stay again.

The location was very nice , the view with the pond and sitting areas very nice

The WiFi that was none and we had ants in our room , and according to when we book breakfast was included ( we ended up paying )

The staff is so kind and considerate! Rooms are clean and the restaurant food is very good. Cici, in the restaurant, is so delightful! I love her beautiful pink hair! It matches her positive personality!

The staff was very helpful and pleasant, and the view out the back was beautiful, but the room did not have hotel slippers in it. (If it had a safe, I did not find it.)

The mattress was awful and the bedspread was old and worn out. I expected a free continental breakfast, but there was none
