Bastion Hotel Apeldoorn Het Loo

De locatie is goed. Dicht bij de snelweg waar je alle kanten op kan. Daarnaast is het rustig gelegen. De kamer zelf zag er netjes uit.

We kwamen rond 1:00 uur terug van een concert. We moesten aanbellen om het hotel weer in te kunnen. Iemand van het personeel was erg kortaf.

Location and free parking are the only perks left.

Because of the location we have stayed here many times over the past few years. Although they renovated the rooms over time, the overall service and appearance have gone down. Curtains off hooks, bedlight broken, beds itself could do with an upgrade etc. Especially with prices going up, there's disbalance now. The poor lonely girl at check in, who had to look at a constant row of guests checking in, handle bar orders at the same time...that's a service failure in the making. If the vending machine would have worked.... But alas.

Prima bed, ruime kamer, alles schoon en netjes. Personeel erg aardig.

Ik vond het niet zo mooi ogen allemaal, beetje gedateerd.

Geen kamer/hotel info op kamer. Bij receptie een engels sprekende. Deze begreep het niet toen ik er naar vroeg.
