Great proximity to the ocean, partial ocean view, even if the promoted picture showed full ocean view. Parking was also always available.

Very old amenities and need urgent renovation. Reception was not occupied generally so each time the room card stopped working, I had to go to the sister hotel and explain the situation, then return to Kahana to try the card at the door to notiflce it still doesn’t work so had to return again to the reception of the sister hotel.

Great location and views. Apartment is also a good size. So can easily get comfortable

Infested with cockroaches. In 3 nights I killed well over 15.. No help from staff or customer service We went to check out at 9am. No one at check out counter to leave our bags. Spoke to someone they said they only handle sales. Spoke with cleaning staff they said to speak to reception that come in at 9 No one even came in at reception. We ended up leaving our bags in the room to fetch them later. They wanted to charge us a 175$ for late check out… Ridiculous. They should be thanking us for raising the cockroach infestation. Apologising that their staff couldn’t help us with check out. Instead they said as a gesture of good will. They’ll wave the late check out…

オーシャンビューの素晴らしい眺め。 レンタカーならばロケーションも良いです。 スタッフは親切でした。

部屋に虫がいて、さらにベッドの上にまで。気になって眠れませんでした。

I liked the organization of the room, it was clean and with good kitchenware.

The ad here is telling that there is a Sauna and Fitness Center, what is SO NOT TRUE. The lady on the front desk told me that they don't have responsibility about whal booking.com presents on the page. Which I didn't undertake as usually the administration of the place runs the information avaiable on booking.com. Also, the photos displayed on the ad shows a ocean front view and in anytime tell that there is another kind of room's view. So I get a side view where I couldn't see the sunset that was something that I was expecting. So, im my opinion there is a lot of lies on the ad I I wasn't in anyway compensated for these inconveniences.

would be nice if will be more specific information if booking room have ocean view or not, because not all rooms have ocean view and its a value to know before payed.
