The rooms were extremely spacious, and the views were wonderful. It was nice to have a large multidimensional pool for our son.

It looks like the hotel is under some renovations. I’m certain it will look beautiful when it’s completed.

El desayuno si y el personal de comida muy amables y profesionales. La piscina. Pero no estaba abierto el bar. Gimnasio ok.

Llegamos a las 8pm y no había servicio de comida. Nada!!! Y nadie nos intento ayudar. La habitación tenía la cama rota. Al punto que nos tuvimos que cambiar. Me cobraron US$450 por una habitación de us$130. Fue un "error" y se usó mi tarjeta que deje como garantía sin siquiera consultar antes. Las instalaciones no favorece la calidad-precio. El AC no funcionaba. El baño (inodoro) tampoco. El teléfono tampoco. Igual tampoco había servicio de comida a la habitación. El lugar entero es viejo y necesita mucha reparación. He estado en 4 hoteles en San José y este es el único que no recomiendo.
