It was a great experience

stayed with my family very outdated. The rugs were stained, and there was hair in the shower, but we hadn't used it. Also, the pool was broken when we were promised it was working the whole reason we booked the hotel was because of the pool. Overall, the service was ok. When we opened the pull-out couch, there were no sheets, so we went down to the lobby and asked for clean sheets and a blanket, and they just gave us two pairs of sheets. Our family has been staying at this property since 2015. We feel that the rooms (carpet & upholstered chair) need to be updated. Check in was great on Thurs, 3/12/26. The lady at the front desk was very nice & welcoming. She also replaced the hot water when we made hot chocolate in the lobby later that evening. The person on Fri, 3/13 stayed in the office to the right of the front desk both times that I was in the lobby and didn’t appear available. The breakfast was great both mornings and very well-stocked.

When choosing a hotel, we specifically looked for one with a pool, but the water was freezing, and I think you should mention that. The plumbing in the shower was so old and broken that it was impossible to use. To check into the we had to wait for the staff for about an hour, and it was about 4-5 pm.
