Cambay Sapphire

I went there with my cousins and we were hoping to enjoy their advertised amenities such as swimming pool, golf course, activity area. We booked a full day package for 11 people and rooms for the night stay. To our surprise, as we entered the hotel, we started seeing the differences from the advertised pictures and reality. We did a tour of the hotel and found that the swimming pool was non functional and was home to seasonal insects. The staff told us that the machine to clean the swimming pool was also not working and thus they will not be able to clean the swimming pool in any way. On moving forward in our hotel tour, we found that their activity area was also no different. The golfing area was filled with wild grass and no hole was visible. The golf area was so much under maintained that we decided to skip utilizing that as well. we went for the breakfast in a hope to atleast eat some delicious food. However, the food was tasteless and my cousin found an insect in his food. My cousin sisters went to use the restroom and found that it was completely filthy, unusable and if not worse then equal to the public toilets on the roadside. They couldn't even use the restroom. Having such experience, we decided to not stay in this hotel and move out. We talked to the managers at the hotel and they understood our decision of not staying there and said that they will talk to their reservation office to give us the refund for our advance. Upon getting assurance from their hotel management we left the hotel. However, the hotel's reservation staff, denied all the things and started asking "SOLID PROOF" for all this. We incidentally had clicked a few pictures of some of these things which we sent to them, but then they refused to give us our advance back and even stopped responding to our calls and emails. Till date we are trying to get our money back. Beware of this hotel. The pictures on their website and the promises from their reservation office are all fake. This hotel ruined our vacation plan. This hotel is highly ill-maintained and also seems to be understaffed.

room service is very bad. you have to call 4 time for water

It was ok in the sense that in an emergency, this place can be lived in. For the price , it was not worth it.

What they show in the pic is diff from what it is. Toilet are filled with cockroaches.No response form the house keeping or the reception . Had I not paid the amount I would have checked out of the hotel in the night.Hotel is worth paying 1000 . To believe you need to go and stay .

Very very Bed experience in this hotel
