Cleanliness of room, furniture and floor were sticky, bed was not made up properly. Cleanliness of breakfast area not kept clean. My food that was in a take out container that was NOT in the garbage was thrown out, when I addressed the issue the person laughed,(very unprofessional) said sorry and told me the staff assumed it was garbage.

I liked that the room was pet friendly

The amount of spiders and dead bug bodies in the room and that the bed was so hard, my partner couldn't get out of bed by himself cause his back hurt too much. The shower was scummy and gross. The room smelt like smoke (from the outside cause we faced the smoking area)

L'état de propreté laisse à désirer. La douche était sale. L'appareil de la climatisation était rempli de poussières. Les fenêtres étaient sales. Apparemment personne n'est venu faire le ménage avant notre arrivée.

I give it full marks because it exceeded my expectations. Before I booked, I saw some comments; people complained about the breakfast area and other things. No place is perfect. This hotel is positioned as a budget accommodation. They charge a discounted price that fits that positioning and provide services that match it. We cannot expect a five-star hotel breakfast environment. The room is spacious, comfortable, and very clean — actually better than the official photos. The staff are very friendly and try to be flexible for guests. Compared with similar places, their prices are more favourable. I am very satisfied.
