Çok iyi niyetli saylı ve candan çalışan personeli vardı

Otel çok eskiydi. Tüm odadaki malzemeler parçalanıyordu ve kullanımdan dolayı aşırı eskimişlerdi. Her şey askeri nizamda saate bağlı kullanım sağlanıyordu. Havluyu değiştirmek için saatini yakalamanız gerekiyor yoksa değiştiremiyorsunuz tüm günü pislenmiş havlu işe devam etmek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Alkollü İçkileri çok kalitesizdi. Maalesef Barmenler çok deneyimsizlerdi Sade margarita yaptıramadık. Otele ilk girişte çıkışa kadar devamlı sorunlarla karşılaştık. Otopark yok aracı dışarı sokağa bırakıyorsunuz. Çıkışta basit bir fatura için bile yarım saat bekledik. Yetişkin konsepti biraz yanlış anlaşılmış olay sadece 65 ve üzeri yetişkinler için bir hizmet sunuluyor. Kurallar dahilinde saat 7 de kullanıma açılan şezlonglar her nasıl oluyorsa saat 6 da bir şekilde işgal edilmiş oluyordu.

"Jó ár/érték arányú, jó helyen lévő szálloda."

Finom, változatos és bőséges ételkínálat. Kedves személyzet, étteremben kiemelkedő Bayram volt! Tiszta, gondozott környezet, szép saját stranddal rendelkező tengerpart.

"Pleasant in general, many things could be better"

-beach -room size -room cleaner -Fresh orange juice in breakfast, tasty baklava and kunnafah in dinner dessert -Staff was in general helpful and friendly

-no dark/blockout curtains in the room, didn't sleep well consequently and they didn't do anything about it; I had to chase many times to be told that the curtains are of standard type and that they can't provide any solution. It is the first time that I stay in a five star hotel which doesn't have blockout curtains. -no hot water in the shower once -most staff don't speak English -swimming towels are old and stained -shower tap and door broken -Photo studio always closed, couldn't make use of the free photo voucher offered -Unstable Wifi -Grilled salmon was very bitter

"Food hall the best!"

The staff at the hotel were great, the food was excellent Guest relations were very helpful The reception staff were excellent very professional. All round attention to detail was excellent really relaxing atmosphere with a great ambience around the pool area.
