Le Boutique Hotel Moxa

This was my second time staying at Moxa, and even though it was a short stay, I thoroughly appreciated the personal touch (handwritten welcome note) and very personable and helpful staff--thank you! I was super-pleased with my room too, which was very clean and spacious and comfortable. I'll most likely try and book my next stay at Moxa before looking anywhere else. Warmly recommended!

It was exactly what we needed to visit friends and family in Bucharest. Centrally located but quiet with parks close by. You could walk to everything, restaurants and beer gardens for every budget and little stores to check out. Sightseeing was easy as well. I could even find a nail salon close by. The hotel is nicely designed and every room is different. We had a small but unique room where the desk and wardrobe was a couple of steps up. The included breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was so welcoming. What can I say: we felt at home. We will come back. P.S. if you like to get a massage, book it early. There are only three spots a day.

Room was very clean, crisp and operational. Absolutely no issues. Which is a little uncommon as I am a gold member on Hotels.com. So it was a pleasure to stay here and will do next time I am in Romania.

Let's start by saying the staff at this hotel were wonderful. However I found the hotel to be not a 4-star due to its aging rooms, decor, and bedding. The hotel was clean but definitely needs new towels and bath robes. When staying at a VIP Hotel as a gold member I expected more, as the reason I chose a VIP Hotel. At no point did I receive any perks besides an upgraded room from a dark first floor room to the second floor. They did allow me to check-in at noon which was nice. This is a nice 3-star hotel but definitely not 4-star.

I really liked the location of the hotel which was not too far from the old city about a 15 minute walk and was in a nice neighborhood. I had a deluxe room which I found did not seem as nice as in the pictures and I did not have much of a view in the room that I had. The fitness center is very limited and in a small space, the sauna area was a nice touch and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay for the price was very worth it.

Excellent hotel and a very good location in the city center. But the most important, great hotel staff both at reception and in the restaurant. I will come back again.

Small boutique hotel in the heart of Bucharest. Good location. The room was nice and large, but noise was a problem. We could hear other hosts talking and laughing in the corridor. Breakfast was great and full of options, but staff could try to be more friendly. Overall, a good option given the room rate!
