The Burgundy Bed and Breakfast

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here. Everything was extremely clean, the owner was welcoming and the room was very comfortable. The location was perfect and parking was easy and close. The house was very quiet and we had everything we could possibly need. Their check-in and out times were very flexible. We highly recommend staying here.

Clean, comfortable, and spacious room in converted double shotgun house with eclectic New Orleans décor in gentrifying Marigny area. Host Joe was informative and accommodating, and Federico’s breakfasts had lots of options and great fresh fruit. Convenient 10 minute walk to music venues on Frenchmen Street. Thirty minutes to Jackson Square. Twenty minutes to streetcar and French Quarter.

The best thing about this B&B was the outstanding hospitality of the hosts -- from the warm welcome upon our arrival, to the wealth of information about what to do and how to get around, to the delicious breakfast, and other small details too numerous to mention, they were wonderful. Our room, and the house as a whole, were very comfortable. The location, in a safe residential area within walking distance from Frenchmen Street, was perfect. We look forward to staying there again next time we're in New Orleans.

This is not a hotel/motel. It was a house with 5 bed rooms. It was homely for sure. Did not feel like staying in hotel. Felt like stayed in a home. But at the same time, privacy is what I was little concerned about. My room was attached to the living room. and the room was attached to another room with just a door as separation. Apart from that I had good experience

We had a fantastic time at the Burgundy house and really appreciated all the work our two hosts put in to keep us comfortable and happy.

Cosy, charming, and neat little BnB in the Maringy, would recommend to anyone staying in New Orleans who wants to see a different part of the city than the French Quarter

Lovely B&B. Comfortable room. Good location in a residential area close enough to walk to Frenchman, the Quarter, etc. Hosts were friendly and made great suggestions for places to go.
