Avons pris chambre rénovée avec un léger surplus.chambre fonctionnelle sauf manque éclairage.tres sombre.aquapark petit mais suffisant .Je dirai convient plus aux 8-12 max. Bonne insonorisation malgré que l hotel grouillait d enfants

The towels are pretty clean.

No housekeeping everyday.

Room clean, wonderful option of having a door between the 2 rooms with our friends, kids had fun running back and forth. Bed is very comfortable.

pillows however were not comfortable, too fluffy for my taste, had a neck pain in the morning. Bathroom in the aqua park area was decent, but can be a bit cleaner, tissue paper were all overt floor. Also, the price doubled since last year:((

The staff were really nice!

My son got hurt because of a lifeguard sitting him on the tube incorrectly and pushing him down the slide (he is 6), he got hurt we filed a report. The people downstairs didn’t care and claimed the lifeguard has only worked there for 2 weeks.

It was really relaxing not over stimulating like great wolf lodge the room was so comforting the lobby was so organized and maintained they're were staff at every end of the water attractions it was a wonderful experience staff was so quick to answer any questions
