Clea room, comfortable bed, spacious .Very good value

Staff member on reception was very professional He was dealing with a difficult situation for another guest and he was very patient being very helpful and finding solutions

we did not realise that the swimming pool was closed

Nothing, I asked if they had any non smoking rooms and the manager denied that a male in the staff room had been smoking.

Nothing, two men at the front desk didn’t even bother to help us with our luggage. Pool out of order since March 2026 it’s the end of May. Picture on the website doesn’t match what you walk into.

5 Sterne ist verglichen mit Carlton Hotel in Singapore bei dem Zimmerpreis unangemessen hoch. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist verglichen Carlton Hotel auf das Notwendigste beschränkt. Es gibt kein Salmon morgens, nur Wurst mit hohem Fettanteil. Das Rührei ist dünnflüssig, statt fest, was ich unappetitlich finde. Es ist nur europäisch statt auch asiatisch bei sehr vielen asiatischen Reisegruppen. Ich selbst esse auch gern asiatisch. Das gekochte Gemüse wechselt jeden Tag und ist gut.
