Staff are very friendly, my room was cleaned and comfortable. Location is great near the Giant Center when I needed to be for a wrestling event.

"Non-existenance- Jesus checked us in early and gave us room cards before we went to Hershey Park. Came back and Room car"

We likes that it was close to amenities. The hotel also dodn’t have mamy guests so it was very quiet

Our bathroom was not clean. The door to the room wouldn’t not fully close. The elevator was extremely dirty. Killed a bug crawling across sink in bathroom

"False advertising."

The bed was comfortable.

I booked a room with a king bed, they gave me a room with a whole extra room section with an extra bed in there. The light in the bathroom was taped to the ceiling. Something like a sprinkler in our room was covered with a bandana tied on it. The power went out for hours and we had no light or A/C. There was no one at the desk when I checked out.

As soon as we checked in, we checked right back out. The room was disgusting. Thankfully, the Front Desk Agent agreed to a check out and reimbursement.
