Ich war für 3 Nächte im Hotel, um einen Freund in Sulzbach zu besuchen. Das gebuchte Einzelzimmer mit Frühstück lag in der 7. Etage mit wunderbarem Blick auf den Taunus. Die Ausstattung und Größe waren mehr als komfortabel. Ein großes bequemes Bett (1,60), Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee sehr elegant hinter Schranktüren untergebracht, ein großer Fernseher und ein Sessel. Das Badezimmer war auch sehr geräumig. Alles war sehr sauber (selbst die Fernbedienung und der Wasserkocher!) Einfach großartig!!!!! Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ, bis auf die Käseauswahl, keine Wünsche offen. Sehr guter Kaffee!!!!! Auch die Bar sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lud zum Verweilen ein. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Ihnen!

Die geringe Käseauswahl beim Frühstück, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau!

Nettes Personal bei Check-Inn. Preis/ Leistung ist in Ordnung, aber Luft nach oben.

Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und die Matratze liegt knapp über dem Boden. Pro Bett jeweils nur ein Kissen und das Bett wirkte, als ob jemand darin schon mal gelegen hätte. Auch das Bad wirkte so, da Handtücher quer im Raum lagen. Das Frühstück war entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen und auch wenn in der voran gegangen Rezessionen in der Beantwortung vom Management geschrieben wird, dass man die Wahrnehmungen erst nimmt. Die Wurst war an den Seiten stark angelaufen, es gab nur eine Brötchensorte. Rührei war ständig leer und der Kaffee ist weiterhin kaum genießbar. Daran hat sich dann seit einem Jahr so gar nichts geändert.
