"Meravigliosa vista sul golfo"

Posizione eccellente con vista sulla costa napoletana, Procida, il castello aragonese . A poca distanza dal porto di Ischia, raggiungibile con la navetta gratuita dell'hotel ad orari prefissati oppure con i bus pubblici (la fermata è davanti all'hotel ) o , se si vuole camminare , in 15 min a piedi. Il personale della reception è molto cordiale , disponibile e pronto a fornire consigli e informazioni. Molto efficiente e gentile anche il personale della sala ristorante , in particolare il signor Dario , sempre sorridente e attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Ottima colazione, varia e abbondante. Anche il ristorante la sera a cena propone piatti gustosi e con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Complimenti anche per la pulizia delle camere .
La discesa al mare con 280 scalini non è facilissima, ma fattibile, con una certa attenzione perché piuttosto ripida. Migliorerei la parte di spiaggia compresa fra la fine dell'ultima rampa di scalini e l'inizio della piattaforma sugli scogli. Questa parte di spiaggia è poco curata, quasi lasciata al degrado , non degna di un hotel 4 stelle. Organizzerei magari un intrattenimento serale con piano bar almeno 2 o 3 volte a settimana.
