What I liked most was the discreet friendliness of the staff. As an example, I would mention our wish for sparkling wine from a very specific region of Italy, which they did not have at the bar. The friendly waiter assured us they would try to get it, and by the evening they already had it. Perhaps a small detail, but one that shows a truly excellent attitude toward their guests. I genuinely recommend this hotel.

La posizione è eccellente, lo staff è particolarmente gentile e le piscine termali sono godibilissime.
La colazione ha qualche caduta di stile (miele ungherese, sfogliatelle buone ma non eccezionali, mancanza di altra pasticceria napoletana tipica, presenza di tanti prodotti confezionati…).

Прекрасный отель "старого образца" с профессиональным персоналом. Который делает все возможное для комфорта клиента. В "невысокий сезон" нам повысили категорию номера без доплат. Джуниор сьют прекрасен. Большой номер. Халаты (даже большого размера). Терраса со столиком. Потрясающие виды на Неаполитанский залив и Арагонский замок. Главной жемчужиной отеля является бассейн с горячей водой из источника, что дает возможность пользоваться отелем в холодное время года. ( закрытый бассейн и СПА тоже на высоте). Завтрак. Что отличает хороший завтрак от превосходного? Мелочи. Горячий хлеб с хрустящей корочкой. Яичница скрамбл сочная, нежная, воздушная. Фрукты спелые и вкусные. Джемы ручного приготовления. Орехи для мюслей поджаренные. А такой потрясающий чернослив бывает только в отелях " старого образца". Мы вернулись сюда 23 года спустя после первого пребывания и отель не подкачал. Не снизил планку обслуживания.

la qualité et le confort de l'établissement, la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel. La qualité de la table est irréprochable. L'emplacement est parfait (vue sur mer exceptionnelle), même sans vehicule : arrêt de bus devant la porte !!!
