FRThe suite was gorgeous. The thermal pools were delightful as was the staff. The dinner was delicious and so was breakfast. We loved walking down to the ocean and swimming off the dock. The views were incredible!

CONice pool, nice deck over the sea! Thermal pool!
USVery nice and comfortable place. Beautiful view! Great staff. Rooms are big with a big balcony with view of the sea.
No complains. Everything was exceptional! There were a lot of steps to get to our room. Not to mention the steps to go to the private beach. I mean “a lot” more than 200 steps. But it was fun!
USThe property and the facility was just excellent. The location and the staff were absolutely lovely! Thanks so much for a great stay!

AUWhat an amazing hotel. We were delighted to arrive, it was STUNNING. Exceeded our expectations. Incredible pool over looking the water, plenty of sunbeds, decorated with ornate tiles, lemon trees and tasteful decor everywhere, and then our room - a huge patio overlooking the water, a huge room with plenty of luggage space, tea/coffee facilities, wifi, great air-con, a comfy bed, quiet room, beautifully & tastefully decorated. This hotel was a fantastic choice in Ischia. It has the local bus right outside the front door that takes you into town for 3euro, and a shuttle bus for free if you can make the schedule they have set. The hotel is probably a 10 min drive to the port/town, you could walk DOWN the hill, if you could be bothered, but the shuttle or the local bus is easy. Also, by the pool, there's plenty of sunbeds and they give you towels. Norma and the team at the desk couldn't have helped us more, we went up there to reception every day with lots of questions to rent boats, how to get around the island, and how to get to town, ( they were so kind and helped us so much, esp Norma!! grazie mille) and we loved our stay here. The pool overlooks the water, with a bar and restaurant attached, so you can literally sit there all day with the stunning views of the island and enjoy this. There is a beach/rocky pontoon down the cliff, which we found too steep to get down as the stairs tilted forward and the stairs were VERY steep and there's 279 of them to get down and the railing is too low, so we missed out on enjoying the beach pontoon, but for the very brave who don't have a fear of heights you'll get to enjoy this. We loved sitting in the different patios and having our morning coffee, and our own deck overlooking the mainland, and the island of Ischia and the water. A stunning hotel, worth the money and we only wished we had booked to stay longer. But... we will return!
We found the stairs to the beach pontoon too steep, tilted ( ie: not flat) and short steps ( my husbands feet are size 14 and the steps were too short) plus the railing was too low and it felt rather frightening.... so if you want to get into the ocean, you'll have to do what we did and get a local bus to a popular beach or rent a boat from town. A pity as it looked so beautiful from up in the hotel, but it was down the side of a cliff and too steep for us! :(
