I appreciated the environment, staffing and services

I didn't like the bed Bed was very uncomfortable. I find myself on the floor more than 3 times. They joined 2 single beds to make one and they were not break on it and the bed was moved. Otherwise everything was okay.

The location was great for the convention we came for. It wasn’t too difficult to get into the city. Staff had great sprits and lifted the mood. The mini shop at reception was useful too.

I would say the pictures are very deceiving. It’s not awful but it’s not exactly great either. There was a very odd odour in the corridors, and the bathroom is exceptionally small. The great staff morale made us comfortable enough to stay.

Staff sempre molto gentile, la camera era pulitissima e rispetto a come appariva in foto sembrava più bella di persona. Molto vicina sia alla metro che ad un supermercato ben fornito. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto e se dovessi tornare a Parigi ci tornerei volentieri

Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis dès notre arrivée. Marcel, le monsieur à la réception, a été tout simplement exceptionnel : très gentil, chaleureux, drôle et toujours avec le sourire. Il a su nous mettre à l’aise immédiatement, ce qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Toujours disponible et attentif, Marcel répondait à chacune de nos demandes avec professionnalisme et bonne humeur. C’est rare de rencontrer quelqu’un d’aussi impliqué et humain dans son travail. Un grand merci à Marcel pour son accueil irréprochable — c’est clairement un vrai plus pour l’hôtel !

Un po’ fuori dal centro ma comoda alla metro Tranquillo e sufficientemente pulito

Alzerei leggermente la temperatura minima della stanza , anche se posso capire la politica dell’hotel

personnel très sympathique et serviable , petit dejeuner excellent et varié , chambre bien insonorisée , service bagagerie
