Hotel Palazzo Bocci

La camera 1A era estremamente piccola e non certo degna di un quattro stelle ! Alle mie lamentele mi fù detto essere l'ultima rimasta..

Man kann die wunderbare Altstsadt von Spello kaum unmittelbarer erleben. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, bietet trotzdem Parkmöglichkeiten um die Ecke und bietet ein Frühstück im wunderschönen Innenhof.

We enjoyed our time in Spello at the Palazzo Bocci. The staff were mainly good - one was very helpful when I needed extra assistance for my baby bottles etc. The breakfast was good and lovely to eat out on the terrace. The hotel seemed clean but our baby was crawling on the floor of our room and came up quite dirty so I think it needs a bit more soap. The room we stayed in was great - had two levels - a foyer area which was great for leaving the cot, and then the upper area which had the bathroom and our room.

Indimenticabile la colazione all'aperto godendosi il panorama dal giardino.

Nel complesso non sembra un hotel 4 stelle. L'impianto di climatizzazione è alquanto datato e non consente una regolazione adeguata della temperatura. La vasca dell'idromassaggio è eccessivamente rumorosa e non perfettamente funzionante. La prima colazione, servita nel giardino, è poco varia. Il televisore, un vecchio 14" marca Mivar, è collegato ad un decoder digitale terrestre di bassa qualità. Il personale è adeguatamente cortese e disponibile a soddisfare le richieste della clientela.

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni speciali all'insegna della tranquillità, in un ambiente curato, confortevole e con personale molto gentile.

Colazione non eccelsa,sufficiente per un 4 stelle, camera Junior suite al di sotto delle aspettative,nessuna vista dalle finestre,piccola con arredamento minimale distante dalle immagini visibili in internet, parcheggio gratuito per residenti vicino alla struttura senza posti riservati all'Hotel non sempre libero

Central and good quality. Room was not sound proof with boring noises coming from neighbours.

I loved this place. Only negative is that they don't have a pool and could use one.
