"Hotel manager refused perks that are clearly part of loyalty membership"

Absolutely terrible service. Despite being a platinum elite member and suites clearly available, front desk manager refused a suite upgrade because "suite upgrades are only for paying customers if not how can they make money?" and I was staying for 7 nights which was deemed "too long". Lodged an official complaint a month ago and have not heard from them.

"Working Westin"

A smallish and oldish hotel, the front desk is smaller than i expected. Check in was good, and they kindly upgraded me due to my Ambassador status The suite is large but oldish. The toilet bowl doesn’t flush well Smallish gym but ok for use. Breakfast at the all day restaurant ok, nothing exceptional 9/10
