Acacia Beachfront Resort

People next door on our last day where banging and would shake our beds and it went on from 11am till about 2 am they where loud yelling

I loved being close to the beach.

The ONLY reason we chose this hotel/resort over others was for the heated pool they said they had. The pool was ice cold the whole time. I called the front desk and asked if the pool was broken and the women answered and said "the plumber said they are working on it and will be back tomorrow" the next day it was still ice cold. I called back and a different woman answered that it seemed like I was bothering her and said "no he said it was fixed and it's pumping warm" I said it's still ice cold. She said "yea well he said it is". I would choose a different resort before choosing this one. The beds are also awful. The Mattress protector on the bed inside the couch was also covered in something(a splatter of red) and I had to call down for a new one and what was brought up to me by a man was a fitted sheet to replace not a mattress protector. I will attach a photo.

The WiFi is fuzzy.

I liked everything! It was absolutely amazing! Quality and the price is great!

The location

It was a very expensive room and my expectation was squashed when we walked in - It was very dowdy . It had never been updated . Everything was shabby . When we walked in there was a very heavy chemical cleaner smell which caused a headache and the smell did not go away for the 2days we did not have the room cleaned while we were there
