Room size and location

Spa had been disconnected for some time and wasn’t available as advertised.

Clean and tidy room, had all the basic needs, coffee and tea making, crockery, cutlery and glassware, toaster, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, small samples of soap, body wash ,shampoo,conditioner. Had a mini bar in which you could purchase, small amount of products including water ( no complimentary water). Extra pillows and blanket if needed. And had a microwave.

The ventilation in the bathroom, had a exhaust fan, a skylight but no window, so condensation collects and drips off ceiling at times and down walls, some mould noted around skylight frame, otherwise no issues. Was a bath shower in room we were allocated so may be difficult for elderly to get in and out of.

The room was large and the bed comfortable, complete with stocked mini bar, plates, cutlery, toaster well as the usual kettle , at the price point this was excellent value. More than we expected and recommend to anyone

Fix the curtains so the bright light outside is blocked and clean the carpet
