This was my third stay in as many years. Room is always very clean and comfortable. Safe, convenient location and the front desk is very friendly. All three stays were in the winter so it wasn't busy and was very quiet. My only concern this stay was they did not have my prepaid reservation made through Hotels.com. Once I showed them my reservation number on my phone, they were able to find it on Hotels.com website. No issues.
