Front desk was very nice and helpful.

The fact that you have to ring a bell to get in the lobby. The smell of ethnic food in the lobby. The damp/ mildew smell of the room. Asked for lower level and was told that I’ll like second floor more as if I don’t know what I want.

Our stay at the Atrium was wonderful. We enjoy our stay each time we're there. Check in is always fast and they are very friendly. Our room is always clean and comfortable! I would definitely recommend the Atrium.

Room adequate but in need of a face lift. Clean except for grungy remote. Cheaper than other options. Check in behind full plexiglass divider. Not a good look.

Clean rooms. Close to AC about 20min.

The only downside to the property is the noise level. When someone in the next room opens the shower valve, it creates a loud noise that can wake you up early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep.

Location, parking, clean room.

The walls are not sound proof. You can hear what’s happening in the next door room. Loud shower, when the shower valve is opened in the next door room you won’t be able to sleep.

Service was prompt and courteous.
