Ms. Jeannie at the front desk was amazing. She upgraded our room and allowed us early check-in! Not long after settling in, she called the room to make sure everything was satisfactory. Fabulous customer service. 4th time staying here because of it! Nice remodel as well. Clean and quiet as well!

We have been to a lot of hotels. This one ranks in the top 5. Our plans changed unexpectly and Jeanie was so professional and helped fix everything quickly. We would highly recommend this very clean & beautiful hotel.

"Good Hotel with a couple of small caveats"

Hotel was generally clean. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was ample. Only real issue was that I spotted a cockroach in the room. I did note that the bed linen irritated my skin. I'm not skin sensitive in general so would probably be more of an issue for a sensitive person. Perhaps the laundry detergent is to blame. Reported to desk clerk.
