Friendly welcome, easy check in process. Everything clearly explained by the staff from the location of vending machines and ice maker to the arrangements for breakfast in the morning. Comfortable, clean, well appointed room (fridge, coffee maker, microwave, ironing board & iron; powerful shower)

The main room was only lit by two lamps so was a little dark, the air-con unit was a bit noisy - luckily wasn't too hot to have to have it on all night.

"Okay and mostly clean"

It was okay. We would have chosen a better hotel, but we couldn't find any. It was mostly clean. Just not a high comfort factor, compared to other hotels. I'm not much of a Motel person.
