"Exceptional"

The front desk staff was great and helpful, the beds are firm and comfie as were the pillows, we for sure will book here again, and my fav waffles made our day, nice fancy coffee machine too!

Very clean. Great water pressure. Even the bathroom corners were clean. Easy check in, check out. Not too noisy. Would stay again.

My husband thought the bed was uncomfortable. Lighting was terrible, every lamp dim.

"Huge Blood stain on chair"

I did not stay. The first roomthey sent me to reeked of Urine. The 2nd had a huge what looked like blood stain on the chair. I asked for a refund and was told I had to call hotels.com. i called choice hotels and complained and they helped me to get another hotel. The following day I spoke to the manager and he said he refunded the room. That was yesterday. Disgusting filthy ripped carpet in halls too. DO NOT STAY THERE.

"Don't stay here."

It had a refrigerator and a place to sleep.

The doors to other rooms down the hall were loud to shut and heard them all night long. I cleaned the bathroom when I got there as it smelled gross when I walked in. The sink was clogged. The bed wasn't comfortable. The top lock on the door didn't have a lock and I feared that people could break in. The refrigerator wasn't working well.
