Quiet, safe and conveniently located near the highway. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean with very comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast was self serve with hot and cold options and served in the hotels restaurant. Already booked for another stay in the fall of this year. Would highly recommend!!

Wasn't worth my money. Rooms smelled like mildew, all the staff was very rude and unfriendly. Each bed only had two pillows instead of four. We were unable to do a late checkout.

"Your Experience May Differ - Ours Sucked"

A second star only because this place was cheap but I can't imagine how it gets the positive reviews it does. We had a dreadful experience. Upon our late-night check-in, my wife and I encountered the rudest service worker we have ever met. She emerged from a back room and did not greet us, speaking in exclusively monotone one-word questions (e.g. "Name?"). No information offered about the free breakfast, check-out time, nothing. We received our room key and opened the door to our room to discover that the window was wide open and that the stifling summer humidity fully inhabited the room, in addition to god-knows-what that crawled in off the bush that now stuck into the room through the open window. The carpet was damp, bedding and pillows were damp, room temperature was about 80 degrees. Add to this the massive, gross stain on the chair in the room and the low price tag no longer seemed so attractive.

We were never able to check in ... we booked on road & arrived to the rudest person Ive ever dealt with... Hotels.com was amazing in getting it resolved but at that point we had to find another room after traveling 28 hours.. Both of our children were treated poorly as well all bc the rude lady didnt see our reservation... i wont ever stay with ecolodge again... i usually book with laquinta which is where i eneded up but after traveling so long we needed rest...in the future i will drive the extra 20 mins to Laquinta
