Hampton Inn & Suites Mansfield South @ I 71

The hotel was clean and very nice. Our room was clean and well stocked with towels and wash rags, soap, lotion, shower gel, etc. The room was well lit. Breakfast was on point. There was a good variety to choose from both days we were there. The folks at the front desk were pleasant and helpful.

Unfortunately there was a basketball tourny in town and the teams were at the hotel, so needless to say it was very noisy in the evenings until midnight- ish. Other than that, our stay was excellent.

Every Member of Staff was so friendly and really helpful. catered to our every need.

We checked in late at night and front desk staff was very friendly, helpful.

Front desk clerk was very polite and thoughtful taking the time to ensure that our stay was the most hospitable. Breakfast staff was very helpful and considerate of making sure I was given a tray to take my meals up to my room for myself and child. Overall, a very pleasant and friendly staff.
