The room size was very good.

There was no showering gel in the container and no water bottles in the cooler for purchase.

Terrible Experience – Left Stranded with Family Despite Prepaid Booking We booked this Hilton-managed hotel in Bethlehem through Booking.com well in advance and prepaid for our stay. After a long-haul flight from London to New York, we drove straight to Bethlehem the same day, exhausted but relieved to finally reach the hotel, only to be told they had no room for us. We were traveling as a family — myself, my wife, and our two young daughters (ages 7 and 3). Despite having a confirmed, fully paid reservation, the hotel staff claimed they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate us. No real apology, no alternative arrangements — just a vague promise that we “might” get a refund. We were left in a completely avoidable, stressful situation late at night with two small children after hours of international travel. We had to urgently search for another hotel and pay out of pocket for last-minute accommodation. This experience was absolutely unacceptable. Booking.com should not host hotels that fail to honor prepaid bookings, and Hilton should be ashamed to have its name attached to this level of service and mismanagement. Travelers beware: if you book here, be prepared to be left out in the cold — even if you’ve already paid.

Was great got upgraded for free

The property was only ok. Breakfast and the staff were great. The furniture and design were older and outdated.

Older outdated design and my room was 1/2 mile a way walking distance from the elevator which was just too long. For $179 per night it’s overvalued not Happy with the price as well as all else I mentioned.

The service was good. However, there was cat hair on the sofa when I arrived causing the room to smell when the heat was turned on. Also, the ironing board and iron were missing, which was odd because there were racks for them and the bathtub made a loud cracking sound when standing on the overlay. Overall, it was ok for overnight, but would opt for another hotel for a longer stay. Still waiting to hear from the manager about a partial credit.

I wound up staying for 9 days from an original plan of 4 days due to complications related to my brother’s emergency stay at the nearby hospital. During that time my room was cleaned only once despite a posted notice that they cleaned every other day. I had to go to the front desk to get more toilet paper. My trash was overflowing as I was cooking in the unit. The day I complained that it hadn’t been cleaned they said I was scheduled to be cleaned that day. When I returned after hospital visiting hours it had not been cleaned. All I needed was for garbage to be emptied and supplies refreshed but I couldn’t even get that.

Needs updating - a bit shabby; lots of small updates are needed: sofa needs replacement, shower door broken, etc. The common areas are fine - great breakfast and very nice staff
