Staff were good

There was a continuous outflow of water from roof past my window onto bins below my window which was very noisy, and contonuous, i was unable to sleep. Either the downpipe from roof was blocked or the pipe itself was broken

The receptions was very kind and professional, the check in process smooth. The room was clean and looked good.

The view from the room was terrible and could not open the window for fresh air.

The view from the room across the bay was superb. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The complimentary water excellent.

The only issue was the safe which just didn't work despite the staff's bestefforts
