Lo staff è davvero molto gentile. Camera confortevole (anche se piccola, ma siamo in un palazzo d'epoca e sarebbe stato impossibile realizzare camere più grandi) e letto molto comodo. Quartiere molto silenzioso, ben collegato con la metropolitana

La toilette è un po' datata. Sebbene offra prodotti di qualità, il buffet della colazione non è molto ampio.

It is possible to go in late at night when the front desk is unstaffed if one calls confirming the reservation, they share the access code. This flexibility is immeasurable and it helps a lot to manage times when delays can be unavoidable. The breakfast is nice and tasty, but I would like some fresh fruit option. The location is really nice for walking around.

The elevator could be a bit faulty or simply can't carry many people at once. When I used it only me or with my luggage, it worked well. I could hear the person on the next room watching TV when I was about to fall asleep. It is not a big problem for me, but it could be an issue for someone else.
