Beautiful garden and very quiet in the morning. Amazing sound from Cicadas in the evening. The deck was a beautiful place for breakfast which was delicious. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean and had its own deck looking over a pond. Lee and Andrew were very welcoming and have good knowledge and tips about the area. Sensom is in the hills north of Coffs so if you want to get away from the crowd this is a good option.

Lee and Andrew are very house proud and and you can see the effort they put into the property. I think, however, “Luxury” might be a bit of stretch and overall it was a little expensive for the level of accommodation.

The room was clean and nice with a lovely terrace at the "jungle" side. The breakfast was light and tasty, composed of the local products. We liked the sounds of nature.

We would appreciate an option of a light dinner with a glass of Australian wine. Otherwise you have to go by car and look for a spot to eat sth in crowded, noisy places.

A bit out of the way. Breakfast was not an option if leaving early and not allowed to bring food into your room. Packed breakfast option to take early would be great
