A deux pas de la gare, l'hôtel est idéalement situé. Très bon accueil. Chambre confortable, calme et propre. Salle de bains moderne et lumineuse.

Very neat and clean room as always. Credit goes to the house keeping staff, they do a fantastic job. Location is very good, right across the main station. Choice of restaurants near by. Good breakfast. Strong WiFi. My first choice hotel in Bergamo

Bien placé mais couleur déco des chambres et des couloirs bordeaux ringarde par rapport au salon et salle a manger sympa. Trop cher pour le standing.

Работница на рецепшн заселила раньше на 30 минут . Была вежлива . Так же разрешили оставить вещи в камере хранения . Благодарим за это.

На сайте booking.com было написано , что цена включает налоги и сборы. Однако при выселении, потребовали оплату за туристический налог. Для 4 отеля -ни тапочек, ни халатов , ни маленьких кремов для рук и тела , как это обычно бывает в 4 звездочном отеле. В субботу и воскресенье до глубокой ночи гремела музыка , вероятно происходили танцы с бубнами . Невозможно было уснуть . Утром с шумом машина грузила стекло и ещё что-то . Спали плохо. Спинка кровати давно не протиралась от пыли . На нас прям упала пыль ) А диспенсер с жидким мылом никак не выдавливал из себя содержимое . Когда попытались посмотреть , увидели очень грязное основание, которое не мыли давным -давно . Вместо пододеяльников до сих пор используются две простыни . Одна поверх одеяла , другая снизу . Очень неудобно . Цена не соответствует качеству предоставляемых услуг . Не рекомендую этот объект размещения.

Konumu merkezi ama gürültülü değil. Çok temiz pırıl pırıl. Gecelik 14 Euro’ya kapalı otopark imkanı var. Çevresinde kahvaltı için mekanlar var.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Because my room was ready earlier they let me check in 2 hours ago and I didn't lost time. I really appreciate it. Excellent location and value for money. Very close bus stop for airport transportation.
