"Was a nice experience"

Location was great and close to get anything. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Only downside was the pool was closed for remodeling. Was one of the reasons we chose the hotel in the first place.

I didn't stay there, I had reservations for Friday night thru Monday. We arrived R.I around 2am , called to see if I could get a room and was told no. I needed to find another hotel. So I found another one and the gave me a good deal so I canceled the other 2 nights and had to pay for Friday since it was late. So I will not book with your hotel again.

Staff was decent

The room was dirty my feet stuck to the floors. There was mold and stains in the bathtub, and stains on the box spring and couch, some type of stain on the door.

My boyfriend and I loved the bed it was super comfy! Also the continental breakfast was great.

Our room was set to us and the key didnt work to unlock the door. Got switched to another room (no problems) bathroom exhaust fan didnt work and paint was peeling above the shower because of it. Also we were given an in room tv channel list on paper that was irrelevant to the tv, and being a smart tv another person who had used the room before had signed in on their samsung account and the tv was rendered useless. Had to watch hulu on my phone streamed to the tv through wifi.

"Lack of communication regarding the pool."

The king size bed and the location.

The pool wasn't open and hasn't been for a month or so..was never notified that it was closed i booked this hotel for the pool.. Also the bathroom ceiling was cracked with water damage and the plaster was falling in the shower.. Breakfast was cold and staff was not friendly/pleasant..
