Coyote Mountain Lodge

Only positive thing is the location, just a short walk to Lake Estes, and we even got to see a herd of elk passing right by the property on their way to the lake area.

We had a very disappointing stay and cannot recommend this hotel. Our room was never cleaned once during our entire three-day stay, despite multiple requests made both in person at the front desk and through Booking.com. We would leave for RMNP in the morning and return in the evening, only to find the room untouched. When we brought this up, the evening front desk staff simply blamed the morning shift, stated they couldn't take responsibility for promises made by other staff, and told us to take out our own trash. We even had to go front office ourselves just to get clean towels and bath mats every time. To top it all off, the breakfast was awful. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

This property is close to downtown yet far enough away to relax.

The bed, I could not get comfortable personally, the room was also pretty small so being there with a lot of luggage was a bit cramped.

A very good location at a reasonable price. Short drive to town and to the national park. Comfortable large bed. Breakfast was limited but adequate. The staff was very friendly and helpful! There is a pool nd hot tub but we did not use them. Since you are unlikely to spend much time indoors in the area, this basic room is a good way to save money and still be close to everything.

The windows in the room opened onto a frequently used walkway and to the pool so the shades needed to be drawn all the time. The fridge couldn’t be adjusted so everything we put in it froze causing some waste. There is very limited space to hang clothes or other items.

Nice and close to RMNP. Very clean and comfortable. Even the pull out couch into a bed was very comfy

Parking is odd. Breakfast looked sparse
